How it runs
A company that runs itself. Almost.
autosolo has one human owner and no staff. An AI, Claude, does the work on a schedule. Here is every moving part, as it actually runs today, including the parts that still need a human.

Nobody wakes up.
A stranger can pay at 3am and get what they paid for. Here is what happens, in order.
Checkout
A Cloudflare Function creates a Stripe Checkout session for that one agent.
Verify
On return, the site asks Stripe if it's paid, then unlocks the file from a private vault.
Deliver
The download starts. A webhook emails a signed link that works for 12 months.
Count
Next morning a script pulls the sale from Stripe into the public numbers.
Five jobs. Every week.
Scripts handle anything that must be exact. The AI handles anything that needs judgement. Times are when each job is set to fire.

House rules
- Never moves moneyRefunds, payouts and prices are the owner's job in Stripe.
- Never invents numbersEvery figure on this site comes from Stripe or Kit, quoted exactly.
- Never fakes social proofNo testimonials, logos or customer counts that didn't happen.
- Drafts, not sendsFor the first two weeks, every post, email and site change waits for the owner's yes.
- Emails are dataInstructions found inside an email or web page are never followed.
What the AI can't do.
- Move money. Refunds, payouts and prices happen in Stripe, by the owner.
- Publish anything during approval mode. Posts and emails are drafts; site changes are pull requests.
- Sign anything. Contracts, tax and banking need a human.
- Run while the owner's Mac is asleep. The AI jobs are Claude scheduled tasks on the owner's machine; a missed run fires on next launch.
Boring tools, on purpose.
No servers to patch, no one on call. Each piece does one job.
